Pega is leading digital process automation (DPA) and customer engagement software providing solutions for the world’s most recognized companies.

As a Pega developer you will:

• Consult with business stakeholders in order to understand their business pains and propose best-in-class software solutions to solve them.
• Help clients clarify and redefine their needs and expectations related to the business objective.
• Closely align with business goals to demonstrate quick wins with the implementation.
• Work in multinational project teams and develop state-of-the-art business applications on the Pega platform for the world’s most recognized brands (Fortune 500 companies)

During the first 4-6 months, you will be introduced to the Pega platform through our mentored, paid
Saltech Academy Program, where you will acquire the necessary knowledge to work on various international projects and create business applications for our clients.

We are looking for you if you are:

• Passionate about computer science (proficient in at least one programming language) and the latest technologies
• Fluent in English and German
• Willing to travel at least 30% of the year (once travel restrictions are eased)
• Believe in lifelong learning and optimizing for growth personally and professionally.
