Staffbase is an enterprise SaaS platform that helps HR and Communication leaders to transform their organizations into places where people feel connected and proud to come to work. Staffbase is headquartered in Chemnitz, Germany, but we have offices in New York, Amsterdam, London, Cologne and Dresden. Our overall international team crossed 130 happy employees from 14 nationalities and we have a rapidly growing base of customers like Daimler AG, Siemens, DB and Rewe that want to transform their employee experience. 

“What does a Sales Development Representative do?”
As a Sales Development Representative - SDR - you are a #creator. You set the path for sales processes and you are also the primary touchpoint for prospects. In essence, you as an SDR get in touch with potential customers to get a deep understanding of their wants, needs and their challenges and gain insights to eventually provide solutions, ideas and information.  Our goal at Staffbase is to grow with you and train you to become an Account Executive after 1-2 years of working as an SDR. Our motto is “Stay and Grow instead of Up or Out”.
